The Residents' Association of London is a minor political party in the United Kingdom, based in the London Borough of Havering. It has contested seats in elections to Havering London Borough Council, the London Assembly and the House of Commons of the United Kingdom. It has not won any elections and has no elected representatives, although the party leader, Malvin Brown was elected as a councillor in 2002 prior to the creation of the party in 2004, holding office until 2006 and Ron Ower, the candidate for Upminster constituency in 2005, has been elected to Havering Council as a Havering Residents Association member. ==Registration== It was registered in 2004 with Malvin Brown as leader. It is registered separately from Havering Residents Association which stands for elections to Havering London Borough Council. Malvin Brown had been elected as a councillor for South Hornchurch in the 2002 London borough council elections.〔(London Borough Council Elections 2 May 2002 )〕
